Another book map! I love this one from artist Mark Adams, who created an infographic to show the locations of 42 works of American literature. It was featured on mental_floss, and I’ve added it to the Resources page on Andrea Reads America. Hat tip to for sharing this!
How many of these have you read?

No need to feel ashamed! There are thousands of books in the world — your degree doesn’t mean you had to read _these_ books 🙂

I’ve read 20, if you include Flannery O’Connor’s “Wise Blood.” which I started a few days ago. I had to re-read your post to realize the map is the location of the settings rather than the author’s home state, because I thought hey, Flannery O’Connor isn’t from Tennessee. The story is set in Taulkinham, though.
I love this! I’ve only read 14 of these books. My degree is in English literature; I feel so ashamed. 😦

I’ve read 20 also! By the end of this project, though, I’ll have read a majority 😉

23! But I think there could be a long discussion about which books are not on the list.
